okay. ..first you need to STOP using regular shampoos and conditioners, i am going thru the same thing-except i damaged mine thru coloring and flat ironing etc. and its pretty thin im trying to let it grow out.... Do not use shampoos and conditioners that have sulfate in them, its a chemical thats bad for ur hair and scalp which almost every over the counter shampoo has.

the only one i found that doesnt have it is, thicker fuller hair shampoo its a green bottle, i buy mine at Rite-aid. it's full of organic, plant extracts and it has biotin in it. No harsh chemicals-its all good stuff for your hair, this helps your hair and scalp and your hair will fall out less etc. you need to start using organic shampoos.

here's the site, this is what i am using.

ok well first of all use a clarifying shampoo to get all the chlorine out of ur hair, then go and get a good hair cut.

once u've done that, start taking vitamin B12 to promote healthy hair growth.

Try getting your hair braided in weave because braides help her grow and keep hair healthy.
