I have dark brown/black hair. My hair is really healthy and straight. I have dyed my hair alot of times and its still healthy and never gets any damaged from me dying it. But, if I dye it blonde do you think that it could get a little fryed?

It will get a little fried, but I've seen mixed 1/2 white 1/2 korean girls do it very beautifully. just takes a lot of gentle treatment, not too many heat stylings etc. Will the dark root line bother you? If you get alot of copper highlights maybe you will get less fried. are you aware that alot of us light haired girls are very envious of those of you with dark shiny hair. Use a professional, don't try to do it at home. Usually something close to your natural color will look best with your skin tone. And then you don't have to spend so much time maintaining your hair, and you can get on with acheiving other goals you have for yourself.. Whatever you chose, have FUN with it!

I would suggest not dying your hair blonde. Its very hard to make such a drastic change and still look good. Also, there are plenty of people who died their hair blonde and then had problems. My friend's hair started falling out when she died hers. Talk to you hairstylist. They would know more.

i don t think it depends on the color your dying it just the brand of dye that your suing. fir example most temporary dyes aren't that damaging. but a permanent one can be. i suggest you get it professionally dyed, trust me you will be alot happier with your results then if you dye your hair permanently by yourself. but you should test the color out with a temporary first.

Because of the color that you have done previously to your hair, it will have to bleached now to achieve your result. This is not something for you or your friends to attempt.
