never use pantenn pro v my best friend is a brilliant hairdresser and at college they told them to discourage people from usin it as it strips the hair and damages it (that is why the non colour pantenn pro v makes u lose the brightness of ur colour and turn coloured hair dull) also shampoos like fructis as they have too much citrus which dries and damages hair
