~I had my hair permed about 2 months ago?
(parlor guy said i can only finger comb it, so... since then i haven't really brushed my hair)
~I have FREAKIN' Dandruff
~I'm only 18! :(
Then why the hell is this happening? its freakin' me out cuz when i shampoo and when i finger comb it there's a bunch of hair strands that are healthy!
HEEEELP!
My hair is falling.?
First of all -- don't worry.
Even at 18, your hair is going to come out every day. Most people lose over 100 strands of hair each day and upwards. This is not a sign of something wrong. However, because you're finger-coming it, it may be more noticeable because you're actually FEELING it and SEEING it in your hands.
If you have dandruff -- get a bottle of Selsun Blue MEDICATED. Use this per the directions, and then go back to your regular shampoo. Hopefully you're using a GOOD shampoo though, and not something that's $5 a gallon. Go to a good beauty supply store and talk to them. Generally, dandruff will occure because the shampoo people are using will dry the scalp too much, and cause flaking. You might want to look into something that is more pH balanced for your hair type.
Best of luck.

I dont understand why you cant only finger comb it with or without perm. But ok! Based on what info you've provided... here are a couple of theories.
a) The perm kinda brutilized your hair. obviously had a reaction with your scalp (the dandruff). I didnt see you mention conditioning. Do you condition your hair? A conditioner would help soften, and moisturize the scalp. Also conditioner puts nutriants in the hair to keep it healthy. If you havent been conditioning, yet had a treatment, your hair roots could be weak, and thus breaking.
b) brushing and combing your hair releases and spreads your scalps natural oils. its also stimulates the scalp to produce these oils. If you're not brushing or combing, theres no oil to be dispursed. That could lead to the dandruff and the breakage.
I suggest, call the salon you went to, find out the name of the perm they used. Than go to a DIFFERENT salon, and tell them what they did to your hair, show them the results and see if they can offer some help. Be prepared to pay $20 for a good conditioner to help repair your scalp and hair. Its worth the money, trust me!

Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp. Wring out a towel in hot water and wrap it on the head. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Shampoo and dry well. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
