HELP!! I dyed my hair and its pink and orange......?

I dyed my hair this afternoon. I have light golden blonde hair and dyed it red...well i tried to dye it red. I used revlon colorist light auburn. My roots took to the color fairly well; but most of my hair is still blonde and on top it is a pinky orange looking color. None of my ends dyed, I really just look stupid. I have colored my hair before i don't understand what went wrong. 1 can someone give me a viable solution (I have work and school tomorrow)

it is never a good idea to go through an exterme hair color change without going to a professional first.

hey gurl ok heres what to do i just had that happen to me 2 days ago i went to my hair stylists and she put streaks in it to look natural where my home coloring job went wrong!!!!

go to a salon place and have then change it back then before u know it its normal

this happened because ur hair was blonde ususally u have to dye it alil bit darker than usual what u can do is get a brownish tine first maybe for today so it can get into an even color and then dye it back red

this same thing happened to me, i went to the drug store and bought a medium brown hair color and used it. my hair turned out beautiful! IF you dont have the money to go to a professional, id buy some revlon or something, works just the same! GOod luck!

your body changes every 7 years........you'll need a professional.......ask her what steps she took to get it proper...maybe she will tell or maybe not

u might have to go get hte color stripped out of ur hair. If not u could try dieing it a darker color

No! Don't colour your hair. The one thing that every person who dye their hair should know is that if you mess up your hair, don't touch it, leave it alone until a hairdresser can help you.

If you really want to dye it, go ahead, but be aware that this may damage your hair badly and it can turn it to a colour worse (unless you dye it a really dark brown or something). Once you've dyed it, grow it out, keep going in for monthly trims, condition it, etc.

I'm sorry about this, but hair will grow, so it's not totally permanent.

dye it again but with a better dye revlon is cheap

but yeah i reccomend a more expensive brand they tend to work alot better
