Hair Helpppp!!!?

My hair is thinning, but its growing from the root at the time ( I have at least 2 inches of new growth) I don't what I should do. Should I cut it? but then everytime I cut it, it grows back the same( thin like its falling out) I want thick, long, beautiful hair, that's healthy, but I really don't know what to do. I tired of cutting it because it seems to grow back worse. Any tips, info, techniques, products to help me out.

Go to Sally's or your local beauty supply store a ask them for a treatment system for fine or thinning hair. Nutri-Ox System increases microcirculation in the scalp, enhacing blood flow and allowing oxygen to penetrate the follicle. This system is formulated with proteins and nutrients to stimulate and nurture healthy hair growth. Try Nutri-Ox Nutri-Serum , along with the system's shampoo and conditioner.

A single follicle on the human scalp produces approximately .35 millimeters of hair shaft per day. The cycles of growth of each follicle consist of the building up and tearing down of the structure. After a period of rest the follicle is built anew from raw materials and each hair follicle goes through this identical processes as it grows longer and stronger. A high-quality liquid multivitamin supplies the body with the proper amino acids, vitamins and minerals that you may not be receiving in your diet to help create beautiful hair. Extremely poor diets affect our general health and energy levels and makes our fingernails weaker and our hair thinner and far less healthier. Along with stress, toxins in the environment, exposure to the sun, cigarette smoke (actively or passively inhaled), excess alcohol consumption and lack of sleep sometimes makes our bodies work overtime to maintain a standard of marginal health - not optimal.

These factors may lead to a decline in our cosmetic appearance, including our hair, being compromised and weakened. Because we consider our hair to be expendable and not needed to maintain your health, at least our physical health, it tends to be the last part of us to receive attention.

The result is dull, lifeless hair, or even slowed hair growth. Taking proper, daily vitamins and minerals plays a huge role in keeping your hair healthy. Any nutritional deficiencies can lead to thinning hair or even total baldness. It is a well-known fact that an under-active thyroid can result in frizzy or brittle hair while an overactive thyroid turns hair greasy and limp. The goal is proper supplementation and proper nutritional balance. Here is a list of vitamins you can try....

#Vitamin E

#Biotin - Helps produce keratin

# Inositol - Keeps hair follicles healthy at the cellular level. Food sources: Whole grains, brewer's yeast, liver and citrus fruits.

# Niacin (Vitamin B3) - Promotes scalp circulation. Food sources: Brewer's yeast, wheat germ, fish, chicken, turkey and meat.

# Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)

# Vitamin B6 - helps create melanin, which gives hair its color. Food sources: Brewer's yeast, liver, whole grain cereals, vegetables, organ meats and egg yolk.

# Vitamin B12 - Prevents hair loss. Food sources: Chicken, fish, eggs and milk. Daily dose: 2 mg.

just so you know, the cutting hair to make it thicker theory is just a myth and doesn't work. Why don't you try layering your hair? It makes it seem so much fuller!
