My hair has COMPLETELY fallen out on one side of my head!!!! I'm a black woman, I've been wearing a wig for a while, and I took it off today and whole section of the left side of my head is about one inch long. The rest of my hair is healthy, no problems, and is about 6 inches long!!!!!! WTF do I do????? I haven't had a relaxer since I've been wearing the wig (about three/four months) and I don't want to have to get a buzz cut to fix my hair. What can I do to keep my head from looking crazy while it grows back? Oh yeah, and does anyone know why it fell out/ broke off? Please help!!!!!

Make sure your wigs are clean on the inside because it sounds as if bacteria has gotten to your head. Try using some king of hair growing product.....if that doesnt work, you may have to cut the rest of your hair. Sorry. Go to a dermatologist they can really help with a solution.

omg! im so sorry! The best thing you can do is just let it grow out... maybe your wig had a bacteria or something that caused the hair to break and fall out. Hope everything works out!!!

Oh, I'm so sorry! First I would either go to a trusted hair specialist or even a doctor, to find out what happened. Then get their opinion on what to do. Good luck!
