I have thinning hair, it seems to be getting worse, I need some proven hair restoration products. I'm afro-american, and desperate for a solution. I would like to keep the hair that i do have as healthy as possible. i take hair vitamins.

Girl. I know what you mean. I would suggest that you do what I am doing now - try to find a good trichologist - who is specially trained to deal with issues of the scalp and hair and nurse your hair back to health. It may be more than just needing to take vitamins.

try seeing a trichologist!! are you under any stress? this can cause hairloss! im not saying this is what is happening but it could!
