im not bleeched. but i know that for heathier hair. ecpeciall yif you dye it.

1.get trims

2. deep condition at least once a week

3. if you dry/straighten/curl your hair use some kind of protecting spray

4. maybe go to the salon every now and then for the condition they work great.

Trims at the ends and lots of conditioning thats all that you really need

I do this once a week for incredibly soft and smooth hair.

Pop a little bit of olive oil in the microwave for a few seconds and then put it in your hair. Wrap a hair mask or a warm towel around your hair and stay with the oil on for about 20-30 minutes.

Shower right after, and shampoo as usual, but do not use conditioner. Your hair will probably feel really oily and gross even after you shampoo it, but blow drying it right after will leave you with super silky strands.

Other than that, just the usual tips. Try to stay away from straightening/curling irons. I usually only shampoo my hair every other day, or every 2 day, but I condition it almost every day while in the shower. My fav is the Aussie 3 min miracle conditioner. Try it out.

Be really careful not to get bleach on parts that are already bleached when you do touch ups. Do regular conditioning treatments. Get small trims every 4 weeks. Try not to shampoo as often. Once or twice a week is plenty. (unless your very active, dirty job, or an oily scalp)
