i know it does, most people say nothing can help hair growth but a healthy diet, vitamin c ,and coconut oil will help promote hair growth fast right?

if you want a good growth and heallthy hair then you should oil your hair 6 days a week, but if you cannot then you can oil it atleast 3 days before the hair wash. and you can use any oil, it is not important that you can use only coconut oil.

It does help hair growth, but I don't think it does it quickly. Plus you have to use organic unrefined coconut oil, you can find that at the health food store. I used it and I did notice a difference in my hair length.
